February 2006 Meeting

Rich Medykowski was the guest speaker for the February 7, 2006 meeting of the American Foundry Society-Toledo Chapter. The meeting, held at Sauder Village's Barn Restaurant in Archbold, was the annual joint meeting with the ASQC-Top of Ohio Chapter.

Rich Medykowski is the Global Quality Manager for Ashland Casting Solutions and is responsible for managing their quality systems worldwide, including operations in Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and China, in addition to their U.S. operations in Cleveland, Ohio.  Rich has been employed with Ashland for 17 years, starting as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at their Cleveland East coatings plant, and working his way up through quality control to his present position as Quality Manager.
